The property was nice easy to get to
Negatives:
Terrible Horrible staff rude childish front desk work slammed door yelled at me was not accommodating. No shower curtain in one room hair on the wall of the bathroom. Faucet was corroded with lime. Falsely advertised suite with pull out bed and had my kids sleep 3 in a bed. No cots or mattress available for my other kid who had to sleep on the floor. Would not give me another room. Manager was unavailable even emailed her three times and still has not replied. Room service never came to clean the rooms in 3 days. Did not give clean towels. When discussing this with the front desk and informing them about the dirty bathroom she said do you want to leave I said are you giving me a refund she said no shes calling the cops on me said she doesnt have time for this walked away and slammed the door as hard as she could and didnt come back out with other guests in the lobby.
