Room 246. Bed skirt filthy. Holes in curtains. No ice in building. Phone didn't work, couldn't call front desk. Hair dryer not working. Got to room and found a queen size bed. Talked to manager and he said we booked a queen. I didn't have paperwork with me, but I had booked a King size bed. We were stuck with the queen size room. When we got back home, I found the documentation for the king size bed and can send it out. With the queen bed, we didn't fit well together and hardly got any sleep. It was a miserable night!

Paid for room and saying I never checked in on 5-8-25. I used a third party for booking reservation and now it’s an ordeal to speak with upper management other then management at facility

I shouldn’t have to fight that I paid for (-8 to 5-15-25 through booking.com , paid at property. They don’t give receipts at facility.
