Property said pet friendly but made no mention of a $100 cleaning fee when booking which the front desk wanted to charge for the one night we were staying. It was a surprise at check in and had I know I would have booked elsewhere.

I was charged twice for this 5-night stay: once with Booking.com and then again as I checked out of the Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee West. That is unacceptable. As a result of this costly error I will never use Booking.com again. I can't afford it.

It was awful!
Positives:
What we, as a traveling family appreciated the most was the early checkin and late check out. We arrived earlier than expected since traffic across 4 states was great. And was able to wait out a snow storm with late checkout. Loved it

Caught another guest recording my wife and I in pool swimming, why I don't know . Then needed a card with 20 dollars on it to check in for a holding fee this was not explained when I payed for the room weeks ahead of time definitely was a headache still haven't got my 20 back guess don't matter still out 20 for the pre paid card I had to get to put 20 bucks on
