Everything was fine the room was clean the the Ho Ho hotel was just fine enough didn't have no complaints and I appreciate the front desk staff and the other young lady I didn't get her name but I appreciate them so much in making my stay very comfor

They have very comfortable beds and a great location.
Negatives:
When I booked our rooms I asked for them to be next to each other and the property responded saying that was no problem. Upon check in we did not have rooms next to each other, they were literally at opposite of ends of the hotel. The staff made no effort to correct this and offered no explanation for the change.

The pool was open! We had travelled for a week with All but 1 hotel the pools were closed for various reasons.

The bathroom door was broken.

The beds were really comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice. Pool looked nice, didn't get to use it though- too busy.

The smell from the elevator to our room. Like old and musty. There was a dirty towel with black smudge marks on one of the hand towels.

The staff was excellent. Everyone we encountered was so kind. The facilities were very clean. We had an issue with our first room and they quickly changed our rooms. The breakfast was decent for a Super 8.
Negatives:
Our first room didnt have a working AC and the door had gaps where it should have met the frame when closed. We could clearly see the hall with the door shut. Our second room didnt have a fire alarm or sprinkler & the deadbolt didnt work either.
