Positives:
I stay at ABVI several times a year when I come to WI Rapids. The main draw is it's ALWAYS CLEAN and the staff is VERY friendly and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping, they go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. That's hard to find these days anywhere! It's also always quiet and no drama. A great value for a basic hotel.
Negatives:
The only constructive criticism I can offer is to get fitted sheets that fit the depth of the mattress better. My bottom sheet kept popping off.

they had a tub but you couldn’t use the tub to soak in because the tub stopper wouldn’t hold the water in the tub you could only take a shower

Breakfast was good, but I have to say that the staff were exceptional and friendly and very helpful.
Negatives:
All in all the stay was great, a little better selection for breakfast, possibly. But you should be proud of the employees that you have working for you.

Location was perfect for purpose of stay.
Negatives:
Breakfast was meager. The room was not clean. I was locked out of the building 4 times (it was raining) and room 4 times during my stay. The sidewalks were trip hazards. No coffee pot in room. did not replace soap/shampoo after cleaning.
