Positives: Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable bed. Quiet, good location. Great value. We would stay here again.

Negatives: Carpet in room and hallway needs cleaned. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Asked for a non smoking room, but room had a strong odor of smoke when we first went in. The smell dissipated once I turned on the AC with the fan.
