Positives:
Breakfast was adequate, the kitchen woman was exceptional. There were just a few pieces of bacon in the serving dish so she got more a came to our table with it.
Negatives:
Need more chairs at the pool and the floor is very slick. The staff had a dog behind the counter that it seemed they were held constantly and it escaped into the dining room and kitchen area.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the ice machine was operational.
Negatives:
The room I booked was a double queen bed. When I arrived they put my in a single king with a fold out couch. I booked a double queen because I was traveling with my wife and 2 children and this is what I always book for everyone to sleep comfortably. The entire hotel was booked out and there were no other options for us. The phone in our room didn’t work and the bedside lamp by my bed did not work.

Disappointed in our accommodations.
Positives:
Breakfast was adequate, the woman working the food/kitchen area was awesome! The kids liked the pool but needed more seating for parents. Location was convenient for us.
Negatives:
Did not like the dog. The receptionist was holding the dog and had a baby gate to keep it in until it wasn’t and escaped into the breakfast area! Need more seating in the pool area.

Negatives:
The facility was pretty dirty from all of the renovations going on, there was a pallet in the way of the front door when we arrived that we had to walk around. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and most of the towels seamed stained. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were hard as a rock and the staff was inattentive most of the time.
