Nicely run motel with rooms...
Positives:
Room was surprisingly nice considering this is a motel. No problem with noises. Jackson is a good location is you are exploring South Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. City is quite large and has good places such as bakeries for complete experience.

We booked a room without prepayment. Lady in the recepcion cancelled our booking in their own system because we didn't make a prepayment. We came to the motel because no-one has contacted us in this case. Also on booking the reservation was still confirmed, without any notice that we have to pay in advance. The lady told us that we should have contacted the motel after making reservation on booking and motel is not responsible what booking writes on their website

Upon realizing that they gave us an occupied room, they booked us into their companion Hotel up the road, the same rate as we were going to pay.
Negatives:
The desk gave us a room which was already occupied, and there was at least one other person this happened to. The hotel had changed partners and the booking system was overloaded.
