It was an “accessible” room but my fiance had to move the fridge and microwave out of the way so I could get in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable because you could feel the springs in it. There was no coffee maker and no little bottle of shampoo or soap. There was also no shower chair for me to take a shower.

Positives:
Loved the receptionist. She was cheerful and accommodating. Best part of the whole experience. The bed was comfortable and furniture looked fairly new.

Really…it’s time to replace the floors. We kept tripping over the edges of the tiles that were completely worn out. It was a non-smoking room but it smelled of stale smoke. The room was too hot. Finally turned the thermostat off.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location all made for an easy check in when the highways closed down. I appreciate that they’re pet friendly so my dog and I had a place to stay for the night

The beds were not very comfortable, the door locks were loose, and the door itself was very drafty

Room 130 smells a lot of cigarettes the blankets had a lots of human hair underneath bed there was dry dog food

Make sure the rooms smells clean and fresh also live at least 2 toilet paper and maybe add tissue also sweep under the beds
