The location is good.
Negatives:
The hotel is being renovated, but there is no notice of this before you book. Only some of the doors allow access - not the front door. The hotel smells terrible like someone is continually smoking a cigar - even though it is supposed to be nonsmoking. The carpet is worn out and dirty. The bath room tile is broken and moldy not to mention the smell in the bathroom

The location was excellent & the room was fairly updated & clean. Nice walk in shower too.
Negatives:
Renovations to the hotel lobby were very inconvenient. The lack of a pool & hot tub due to these renovations was very disappointing. I would’ve like to have been informed of these conditions during booking. Especially when a text message was sent out welcoming me & mentioning all the amenities of the hotel, (including an open pool.) One could site that as false advertising.

My grandchildren slept on the pull out couch with no sheets or blankets and pillows.

I paid $117 for my room with booking.com. I was told that this price included all taxes and fees to include the pet feed. However when we checked out I was charged $148. We did not buy any incidentals. I was very disappointed that the price booking.com told me I would be paying was not true.
Negatives:
That the price I was told I was going to pay was in fact the price I was charged. Also the heater in our room was extremely loud and went on and off throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Though the room was clean, the hallways and general upketo if the facility was sub-par.
