The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We checked in late and they were up waiting for us with our room ready and a welcome basket in the room as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The front desk price was $30 cheaper than what I payed also the room was dated and dirty appliances where old and dirty this was a poor example of best western There where several railroad workers drinking and smoking ion stairs to second level

I guess I really didnt pay attention to the star rating. Best westerns are known to be very nice. This was just an Old hotel. Room very noisy. I thought for sure the window had been left open you could hear anyone standing outside your room talking.

Bathtub faucet and assembly was quite loose. Should be repaired.

The staff were helpful. They even gave welcome snack package. Breakfast was good as well.

Lots of flies inside the room. There were dirty hanging towels in the bathroom but fresh towels as well. The toilette under the seat was dirty.
