Positives:
Great staff!
I interacted with a few staff members during my check-in and check-out and the staff around the breakfast area and cleaning the room.
All of them have been super helpful, smiling, friendly, and seemed truly happy to help me.
Negatives:
No readily available ice cube machine.
You need to ask the staff for help. We needed it during the day but I'm sure at night it would have been more difficult to find someone.
Having such machine either around the pool or even better one per build would have been great.
