Positives:
I liked the room rate! I loved the shower! Lots of towels and facecloths. Relatively quiet. No charge for getting microwave to room. Mini-fridge, kettle, coffee maker, coffee, tea, etc. nice to have. Large TV screen. Sufficient ambient lighting.
Negatives:
Did not like door open to outdoors. Had to walk outside to front desk. No full-length mirror in room. Poor lighting for make-up. Mattress & pillows a bit uncomfortable. Fire alarm around midnight Saturday night. Had to walk outdoors to restaurant.

After being locked out of our room, we went to the front to complain we wished to get a discount or an extra stay. They at least upgraded us to a new room which was amazing over Christmas
Negatives:
Being locked out of room, was upgraded to an upgraded room with fireplace, the up graded room was beautiful but didnt have no hotdog sticks to used and only one tv in the living room with an older tv that we couldnt use nexflix or prime tv on.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and the various facilities located at the hotel.
Negatives:
The window in the bathroom was not sealed well.

Great location and didnt need to spend too much to get clean and comfortable accommodation

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was convenient.
Negatives:
We could not regulate the heat in the room & it was way to hot. Even when putting the cooling setting on the furnace, instead of the heating setting, it was too hot. We had to open a window & it was very cold & rainy outside. Hot tub was not working

Uncomfortable bedding. Smelly, old, unclean carpet. Dusty furniture inside the room. All the fixes seem to be done in a hurry. No finishing whatsoever.
