Negatives:
I had read the negative reviews about the construction, so I called ahead to check if they were still in progress and was told no - this was a lie.
Our party had 3 rooms booked (I booked two and my sister booked one). None of the rooms were ready and when they finally said they were, the room my daughter and I went into had dirty towels and wet cloths strewn about the room. There was also used soap bars and garbage left in the room. The beds were made; however, I strongly believe the sheets had not been changed as the pillow cases were dirty.
I asked for another room and was met with annoyance and zero remorse for the inconvenience. We were given an updated room; however, there were no windows, which do not meet egress - I have no idea how this room passed code in the building process. The floors were filthy, in the hallways and in the room. The air unit was broken so it never turned off.
My parents who stayed in the second room did not get their room until much later as they "needed to finish cleaning it" so they went to dinner and upon their return were met with another filthy room. The room smelled like smoke and there were fresh cigarette butt holes in the bedding. When they pulled the sheets back, they had very clearly been slept in already as there was dirt on them, AND there was blood. DISGUSTING! Again, there were dirty towels and cloths. They were told there were no other rooms so they had no other option but the stay in there, so we gave them the extra sheets from our room.
There were used q-tips on the floor.
My sister was the only one with a decent room; however, at breakfast there were dead spiders and spider webs on the peanut butter and jam packets and the dishes were dirty.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL.
