sofa bed wasn’t clean when we mentioned it, instead of bringing clean linen or cleaning it receptionist asked us to come and get linen.
next day key stopped working gave us a new room but it was dirty so we stayed without key the second day

Very quiet location and attractive architecture. The Juliette balconies off the rooms were a lovely, unique feature. The hotel was clean and well maintained..The included breakfast offered better than usual variety of both hot and cold items.
Negatives:
Our room was on the second floor with no elevator access. Difficult for any mobility issues.
