The front desk staff at check in was extremely friendly and kind! Great breakfast with many different options!

Our bathtub in our room did not drain! so we called down at the front desk at 10:30 if someone can come take a look. Staff did not come till 1130 at that point we were already in bed. We still open the door to the bath and tell us there was nothing he can do about it. Then I asked if there was somewhere else we could shower because it’s gross and someone else’s dirty bathwater and he proceeded to tell us there was nothing he could do about it. Again, when asked for a second time, if there was somewhere else because shower, he proceeded to tell me to just shower in the other person dirty water it would be fine. That goes against so many health codes.
