The communication after reserving was very good, and the value for the money is reasonable for this property which is a solid 3 star property.
Negatives:
Absence of a small store to buy water, snacks etc. Didn't see one if one was there. The rooms do need some upgrading, ie, old TV cabinets housing small old flatscreens are totally outdated. There needs to be some upgrading to the property, no question.

The room and hallways had very poorly maintained and stained carpets. My bed blanket had oily stains, I had fingernail clippings next to my bed, the room had a musty and dusty smell that made it difficult to sleep in, the pool was cloudy, and I did not feel safe to swim ; the pool was the reason why I booked this room.

Rooms were very outdated. Everything is so old that no amount of cleaning is good enough. Showers were mouldy, carpets were stained, curtains ripped etc. Washroom smelled like urine, pool had visible dirt around the edges.

The snot/mystery substance on the wall in the bathroom, broken dresser, marked walls, popcorn between the mattresses and under the bed, thermostat needs battery, overall dirty room. Pool was gross with chunks of hair in the water and 2 bandaids at the bottom of the pool.
