I didn't like the fact that we choose the cheapest hotel in the area. Red flag #1.
There was children unsupervised and unattended running up and down the halls until well after midnight.
Asked kids to stop politely multiple times, asked parents politely multiple times.
Ask the STAFF multiple times. Literally nothing was done and nobody cared at all for the experience that other people are in the hotel as well.
The staff at the front desk was called multiple times and nothing changed at all in the course of the evening. The next morning we explained to the front desk how displeased I was and my husband recovering from surgery literally did not get 1 minute sleep the entire night.
Never will return.
Unlike Google this review cannot be deleted. Be warned. First and last. Next time the armouries for sure no way they would have allowed any of this nonsense we experienced at this hotel.
