Lovely & strongly recommend
Positives:
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. We had a suit with a kitchen and everything was quite big and lots of room. The location was excellent. Restaurants in walking distance. Parking was available on the street.
Breakfast was included in the price which is always appreciated. It was a standard continental breakfast. Everything was fresh.
Negatives:
The only thing I would mention is there was not much seating and one would have to bring the food back to the room. It would have been nice to have more tables. And lastly, there as a long line up on the coffee maker. I am not sure if it was just bad timing but it took us good 15 minutes to get our turn. Though the coffee (capsule machine) was very good.

Bare, echoed walls, sterile cold looking. Curtains did not darken the bedroom. No information in the room at all about attractions, food, etc.. Cable TV was under par at best. Breakfast area crowded, not safe! One coffee machine for a 27 story building??? This is not a hotel...more like apartments trying to be a hotel. Fabric wall paper would go a long way to improve the sound and sterility of the rooms.

The staff were very helpful and responded to requests quickly and helpfully. Our 1st suite was worn-looking and had problems with the stove, the plumbing, and the coffee machine. After a gentle complaint, we were moved to a wonderful suite that was newly renovated and very comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests in the Inn. This is our only complaint.

Positives:
The hotel is in a very convenient location for us. The room was quite spacious. I like that there is a kitchen included, though we didn't actually use it apart from the refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The sound proofing could be a bit better, we could hear construction early Saturday morning and the sounds of doors opening and closing in the hallway. It's subjective, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. Furnishings generally feel a little cheap, but I suppose this is the time we live in!
