Excellent location; we had a huge penthouse apartment with plenty of space. The staff were fantastic, especially the housekeepers.
Negatives:
The rooms need renovation. Dry paint droplets were everywhere on the floor and other areas. However, despite the aesthetics, we still enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The bed was very big, clean, and comfortable.
I stayed in a suite, which was spacious and included kitchen facilities and a living room.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist.
Negatives:
The floor of the room was not clean, and the shower was not cleaned well either, which was disappointing.
The elevators were a major issue. They either did not work well or were insufficient for the number of guests. Waiting for the elevator from the 16th floor, especially when trying to take down luggage, was very frustrating.
The breakfast selection was quite limited, consisting mainly of muffins and whole fruits.

Staff were very accommodating. Room is clean and spacious and had the necessities. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet enough but still close to a lot of restaurants and amenities.

Suite with kitchen and separate bedroom.
Negatives:
Living area gets cooler than bedroom due to the type of air conditioning (main unit in living area, shared vent can be opened for bedroom). May not be an issue for anyone who doesn’t want it cool at night. An extra fan helped.

Positives:
The location is great, everything is a one block distance. Many stores and restaurants and sightseeing around.
The bed and the sheets are very comfortable. That’s always very important to me, in order to get great night of quality sleep. The staff also at our check in were super easygoing and polite.
The breakfast is just a hint to crab and go. Good croissants, muffins and coffee at all times.
Negatives:
The balcony could not be open, né the windows were hard work to be opened.
The shower temperature could go a bit higher - much hotter. In our unit we didn’t have a shampoo stand, which made our shower kind of unpleasant.

The bed was too firm. It would be nice to have hooks behind the bathroom door to hang the wet towels. The towel bar was barely hanging on the wall and could not support much. An additional face cloth would be appreciated as there was only one and we were two guests.
