Lake Powell Resort

Negatives: No coffee pods available for the room, apparently have been back ordered for two weeks. Hallway and stairs were very dirty.

Negatives: Outdated rooms and furniture not matching the area, understaffed

Negatives: Generally tired decor and furniture. First room had a bathroom door which didn't even close. Room facilities basic, no bathroom cups couple of coffee pods but no creamer or sugar. Had to eat in hotel as casual dining closed, food was overpriced and very poor.

Negatives: I know youre not in full swing but towels in the towel racks by the pool sure would be nice

Negatives: For a place called "Lake Powell Resort", I expected more. This place is run down. Everything about the building, rooms, bathrooms, torn up trim on doorways, worn carpets. etc... needs updating. There should also be elevators for many of the seniors that we saw including us! Very difficult to manage suitcases and coolers up the stairways. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. We had a sliding glass door to a balcony that could barely open and it would have been really nice to have it open at night IF it had a screen door. For such a beautiful location, this place should be cleaned up.

Negatives: The WI-FI was terrible. The 1 tiny wastebasket.

Negatives: No hot water in shower

Negatives: We had a confirmed stay but when we arrived in evening for check in , we were told that rooms are not available as they have staff shortage and rooms are being cleaned up. We waited for few hours and then we decided to cancel the booking and booked another hotel nearby(Since there was no confirmation from the staff by when we will get the room). I have never faced such a situation and been travelling for years now. We were travelling with our 6 years old son and faced difficulty since it was a long day of driving. Hope this is improved in future.

Negatives: Room was not very clean. Things on the floor. Hallway not vacuumed. No pool towel in our room but in the other room there was one. None at the pool. No cups in our other room. Only one regular coffee kkup per room. Shouldn't there be two?

Negatives: THE ROOM: OLD, FADED, NOT WELL CARED FOR; NO MICROWAVE OR WATER SMELL OF DISINFECTANT IN THE BUILDING NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM LOCK TO DOOR TO BALCONY BROKEN

Negatives: No coffee til 7 am . Also - web showed a one hour boat ride for $45 but when we got there the shortest/cheapest was 3 hours for $190 - did not work for us, both the timing and cost.
