They did not give daily Room service or daily clean towels. The breakfast was horrible. They over charged me. The front desk staff was horrible and didn’t know how to do their job. Lady over charged me because she put in the room number backwards so landed up charging me for 2 rooms when only had one. Had to wait 3days for them to refund my money. They offered me a $50 credit but instead of giving a credit they charged me an additional $50. Had to report them to corporate.

It was in a really nice location. There was an airfield nearby & the kids liked to watch the planes. Was not too loud at night. It was spacious & clean.

We loved the location as we were going to a dinner show nearby, And, we loved the hiking train outside the back door. The room was spacious and staff were kind.
