The whole hotel heating unit went out. Wife was freezing as she has heart problems. Wife called several times. No one answered, I called several times. Finally someone did. Said they would bring a space heater. 40 Min. later I called again and complained then they finally brought it up to our room.
Another weak thing they do is there is no disclosure on Booking.com that you have to pay $15 per day for parking. They would not wave it. I've stayed there over 25 days since August 2022 due to wife heart surgeries at nearby hospital.

The Heater went out in the whole hotel. Wife was freezing due to bad heart. Called front desk and requested a space heater. Called 3 more times no answer. Called 1:15 later. Finally got a hold of someone on1 qqq the phone and they finally brought it up in a few minutes. Also unfair they charge for parking when nothing is mentioned on Booking.com

The decor in the lobby was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Negatives:
I was disappointed that we were put in a room that was infested with roaches that came out when it was dark. The room was extremely cold. We had to ask for a heater and more blankets. We were able to move to another room which was better.
