It could’ve even a little cleaner. I found a bandaid in the bathroom. My carpet in one bedroom was wet. Didn’t realize it until I took off my shoes. They need to do some updating of the carpet and furniture. Otherwise I will stay again.

Positives:
The staff was amazing! Our room and the property itself was very clean, the location was good and our family felt pretty safe to walk to the good choices of places to eat around there. The breakfast was a good money saver with variations everyday. There was good parking. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends and family.

Mildew in the bathroom. Visible cracks on the walls and picture hanging

The location was perfect. Lots of room with kitchen. The water was nice and hot in the shower in the mornings.

The beds were a little thin but still okay.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was somewhat clean, no hair conditioner in the bottle in the bathtub area, bathroom floor wasn't wash, an old hair pin and hair behind the bathroom door. It definitely needs an update, slow draining sink, but overall it needs some TLC

The 2 brm suite was advertised as suitable for 6 adults, The sofa bed was old & very uncomfortable, definitely not for adults, springs felt through the thin mattress, Also left a sunglass case in the room but duty manager didnt find it and I can only assume housekeeping staff now have an expensive sunglass case
