When first arrived there was some confusion about the amount of deposit for the room in which the third party site failed to disclose. The rooms were extremely small. Staff were completely rude and disregarded me and my party.

Mostly esthetics and atmosphere could be nicer. Not much of a lobby felt unwelcoming and understaffed noisy and rushed. Best to ask lodger services they need .

It was very clean and comfortable. The location is pretty good in the heart of Hollywood. The staff was very attentive.

There is only valet parking and no other option.

Had a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Shower was nice - lots of pressure and two heads. Nice room.

I could not find the switch for the lights by the bed and ended-up removing the bulbs. I suppose I could have called the front desk to ask, but I was tired.

Staff very cool. No hassel. Quick check in and out. I loved the room and bath robe. Room is small like a bedroom with attached bath which I enjoyed.

No tub. I expected a tub but only got a shower. But besides the tub I enjoyed the valet parking and great restaurant in hotel. Negative people find negative things to complain about no matter how nice it is. Im grateful to be grateful
