Between Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Excellent customer service from the front desk staff to the housekeeping. The area in and around the hotel was very nice and had tons of shopping and places to eat. The grounds were well maintained and I would absolutely stay here again

Positives: The room was very large and the bed was huge so it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities met many of our needs. And the staff was exceptionally friendly, they did their best to address each and every one of our requests and did so very quickly, which was a great relief.

Negatives: The only downside should be that the floor drain in the toilet tends to get clogged up, and if someone washes their hair, the hair can easily clog up the floor drain. Also, the door to the shower stall is not a full door, but half a piece of glass that can be rotated, which sometimes leads to water all over the floor after showering. And the toilets don't have a ventilation system, which can sometimes make it hard for the smell to dissipate, but it's not a huge problem.
