Yes! Arrogance of the front desk staff during check in about parking garage. It should be more clear that parking isnt included when you book the hotel. The price charged was high. The unknown parking charges would of made me book elsewhere.

All of the staff were helpful and nice. I did not realize there was no restaurant on premises. That was an over site on my part. The room was great. I asked for a quiet room and it was. The ladies and gentlemen who run the breakfast bar were all kind and hardworking. That was very nice. Easy location to get an Uber and see places downtown.

I was there for a medical procedure so basically recouperating and some site seeing downtown. I loved the full kitchen.

Perfect location. I was in town for a trial and the courthouse was a block away. It was a nice 5-minute walk. 16th Street mall was only a couple blocks away in the opposite direction.
Negatives:
The hotel no longer offers grocery delivery, as advertised online and on the in-room TV hotel guide. However, I was able to arrange grocery delivery directly through King Soopers fulfillment center and had food delivered at 5am!
