Our initial room was very poor. It was very hot. It had three crank type windows. Two were missing the cranks. It did not have air conditioning - the description on Booking.com is not accurate. Staf eventually switch us to a suite. The suit was excellent although it also had windows with missing cranks. The staff turned a bad situation into a good one.

Safety was a huge concern (lighting, doors to the outside, extension cords running from outlets into baseboards, faulty fire alarms, no grab bars in shower/large step up into shower/tub, a/c unit not fit properly in windows with gaping holes to the outside, no rods in blinds to properly close them for privacy, curtains that didn’t cover windows/patio door). Cleanliness was very bad with spider webs and bugs throughout the room. The front desk staff was disgruntled by all of the complaints and not helpful when we had complaints. The manager of the property has been contacted
