Positives: Debra was really nice.
Negatives: It was midnight when we checked in and check in took 20+ minutes (the system was giving her issues). All we wanted to do was sleep. I was traveling with my sister and was asked to put her name on one of the papers I signed which was weird and unnecessary. There was a little bit of poop in the toilet when we got to the room and some stains on the sheets. Really gross. I tried to cancel the reservation before we even got there but it was not refundable which sucks.

Positives: At first everyone was nice then a house keeper mess my room so I went down stairs to ask for a vacuum and fresh sheets and the next day I booked again and the owner told me to leave n I can't book it after I already did let saying they are all booked up so I try to tell him I'm the booky I booked the room again then once he ran out of excuses he finally told me the truth and said his housekeeper came and complained saying I wouldn't let her come in my room and clean witch never happened... And made me get out in 30 mins and to fine another room has my money was taken out for the room for the day then told me it would take up to 3 days to be refunded luckly my money only took a hour or so but had me out on the sidewalk with all my bags looking for a new room waiting for my money to come back on to get into somewhere.. it was just a horrible experience and beyond rude or childish so just be careful and just don't pi*s off the housekeeers.
