The ADA room was very poorly laid out and cheaply remodeled; the shower was not designed properly and floods the room if you don't put towels down to soak up the runoff. Absolutely horrendous smell from the mold that is caused by said shower design. Choose another property if you have an ADA guest with you.

Extremely friendly staff and great location, great breakfast and great coffee
Negatives:
Horrible mattresses, dodgy elevator, and sketchy people hanging around the parking lot. I see that they rented to a work crew which always invites problems, and a guy a few rooms down from me was openly smoking pot in the hallway. The toilet fill valve in room 204 needs to be replaced as well as the exceptionally loud air conditioner.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Would like a variety of bagel flavors maybe, cinnamon raisin, rye. The OJ is too watered down coming out of the machine. Eggs are somewhat ok. They dont really taste like eggs but will do. Previously they had flavored creamers which tamed down the strong coffee. Better coffee
Negatives:
We have been coming to this location for over 15 years. Newer pool patio furniture. The chairs sag and arent very appealing. Also if some how a sun shade option could be provided other than the two tables/umbrellas that get occupied quickly. Also maybe a small scale or something to weigh luggage at the managers desk would be great. Need a refrigerator with a freezer in the rooms.
