The location is great, good restaurants in walking distance

The entire hotel is disgusting. The carpet in the hallways are black and badly stained. The wall paper on the walls are falling apart you can see water damage The elevator looked as if you were in a service elevator gross. All the garbage's around the hotel were piled up and over flowing and the smell was horrible.
This entire place needs to be re-molded or a deep cleaned.
