Positives: The staff was friendly. Free airport shuttle service.
Negatives: The pool was closed for maintenance which wasn't disclosed to us at any point until we were trying to find the pool the day after we checked in and it was too late to find a different hotel that did have a working pool. On Booking.com it still said the pool was open for the duration of our stay when it wasn't. The breakfast was nothing but dry mini muffins and bagels. The outside of the building was littered with trash and cigarette butts.

Won't come back, spend a little extra and go somewhere else.
