Very good
Positives:
Location was perfect ! ! Ocean view was 100 % amazing ! Probably the best view in Vero ! The office staff were extremely nice and helpful. I dont know how many times I can say the view with a few awesome palm trees to make it look like a dream view !
Negatives:
The pool was ok - a little dirty. We believe the new owners are likely not investing enough money in the little things - luggage carts - security for the pool - fan in the elevator was loud. AC struggled and it was nice out. AC would like struggle in Summer months

Positives:
Friendly staff throughout our stay. Room was clean and served our needs. We enjoyed using the equipment in the fitness center. We also loved the convenient access to the beach as well as dining and shopping opportunities.
Negatives:
Coffee in the lobby wasn't very good. For the room price, we felt some type of Continental breakfast should have been offered.

There could have been a functioning door on the bathroom. The AC was very loud. There was no beverage service at pool.
