I reservation was cancel and we checked in and the next morning we had a women trying to get into our room because they assigned siding to our room

We checked into Room 239 at 9:06 on 3/24/24. Both of us we were very tired. There was a very strong smell of antiseptic. We were too tired to complain that night. However, we did complain the next morning. The smell of the antiseptic made it hard to sleep.

Breakfast advertised. When I called the front desk and asked what was being served for breakfast tomorrow the front desk staff told me nothing and hung up on me
Negatives:
The remote did not work. The TV did not work and I had to move furniture and plug it in to a different outlet for it to work. The floor was not really clean. There was a hole in the wall from someone punching it. It was overbooked and people were being turned away Breakfast was advertised and I was told by front desk. There is no breakfast and then hung up on the key card. And I was given a key card didn’t work for my room. Oh and the WiFi was nonexistent even with the code provided.

I booked this hotel cuz they were suppose to have a breakfast. NO breakfast and no Ice. they could have at least offord a bag breakfast. when their kitchen is down.
