Clean facility. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Charged $20 for parking and charged 4 times. No elevator. Poor parking. Rude staff. Asked for 1st floor room and was told i could have one.. Showed up early for check in was told I couldn't check in. When I returned the first floor room was gone. Had to carry everything thing up 14 steps with a knee injury. Very painful. 2nd shift very rude and derogatory. Actually straight out insulting. I would never recommend. Requested manager and he never bothered to show up

Positives:
Location was perfect! River Street was across the parking lot down the stairs. Couldn't be better.
Negatives:
Didn't realize the building was so dated! Tv reception was horrible, bathtub was stained and dirty looking so we didn't shower, carpet had stains, and I know it's not the hotels fault but the nightlife outside felt like it was in the room with us. If I was alone I wouldn't have mind but if I'm with my family next time I will pay the extra 100 bucks and get a nicer hotel.

Place needs to be updated. No decent chair to sit on. Floor was uneven. Carpet old and drab. We were awaken by gun shots in the parking lot which wasn’t the hotel fault

Noise level was high. No notice on parking fees, not even on the outside sign that stated that parking was available. The tv in the room had a very fuzzy screen and moving static lines.

Good location in walking distance to everything
Negatives:
Rooms not clean had to pay for parking on there own property . People yelling outside of door called front desk . They called manager he said he couldn’t do anything outside. Loud car ramming up their engines all night didn’t get no sleep to leave in morning so called housekeeper started rolling their cart at 8 in the morning . Also the stairs are coming apart this price for hotel should be $30 a night not 200 a night
