Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very responsive. My kids enjoyed the pool, esp that you could swim under a wall to outside. Unfortunately the spa was out for repairs. That would have been nice.
One night, my youngest son had an allergic reaction. I had no Benadryl and was traveling alone with two kids under 7. I went to the lobby area where they had some snacks and basic toiletries for sale. Unfortunately no meds like Benadryl, claritin, or even tylenol.
I talked to the front desk attendant who was wonderful. She understood the urgency and concern and gave me a Claritin from her own supply. I was able to give it to my son and saved a trip at 4 am to the urgent care or pharmacy. She was so awesome for doing this for us.
Negatives:
Older accommodations. Could use some updating like of beds, sheets (had a torn one that the staff exchanged, but everything seemed worn out.
