Staff is very kind, helpful and understanding. We love Super 8 Freeport.
Negatives:
The only problem we had was the fact that we both developed very itchy, uncomfortable red welts beginning the first night. I got a prescription to help the discomfort and we slept on top of the covers then. We talked to Gina on Sunday night and showed her our welts. She said she thinks the detergents are too strong and the bedding is put back on the beds too fast since the motel is so busy. We left yesterday AM, and both of us are getting better.
