Breakfast options were very good. Location. Staff was great
Negatives:
Of the 4 days we stayed, housekeeping only cleaned the room 1 time. This is after multiple complaints to the front desk staff. We had to deal with crumbs on the floors, garbage was piling up in the room, towels were stacking up. The telephone in the room was also not working so we had to continually go up and down the stairs if we needed to contact the front desk. These were huge inconveniences. We were in town to bury our father, a Vietnam Veteran, and having to constantly ask for housecleaning was a strain. Also, Booking.com failed to notify us that there would be a $100 a night “incidental charge”,which is important information so people can plan for that extra expense.

I wanna give a SPECIAL THANKS to I believe the young lady name was CELINA, she was VERY KIND AND PATIENT with me, I had a long trip and had a very late check in and needed my room to be switched and she took care of us with a SMILE AND EXCELLENT customer service attitude! I asked her would she accept a tip and she said NO, that she love to take care of the customers and to make her boss happy!

There was considerable trash and litter. Located behind and next to motel in woody area. Probably not your property, but it should be cleaned up anyway. In fact, any area of woods or undeveloped land was strewn with litter. All over along rt.30 to the Indiana border.
