Negatives: There was a computer issue when we checked in. This issue was handled nicely when the staff suggested we go to the bar for a drink on the house. However, the door to our room would not properly lock unless slammed shut. We were put in a handicapped room as that was the only available room. Thank goodness for the bars in the tub shower as the floor was so slippery we almost fell. When we asked for a rubber mat we were told to put a towel in the tub. Then there was the blanket on the bed. Apparently Hilton can't afford real blankets as our blanket was a mattress pad. (Sorry about the extra photos there was no way to delete them once marked see only the last one)
