They advertise Pet Friendly and then had a hand-written sign saying they would only take Service dogs. Had to find another place to stay at nearly midnight! Didn't find out until after he checked us in. Had to wait several days for refund to come through on credit card.

Negatives:
The window view of the room (218) was the side of the overhang to the front entrance. Some engineer/architect was not paying attention when this was designed. You cannot see anything out of the window except the side of the overhang.
