No breakfast as advertised. No coffee in room. Ran out of toilet paper.

We loved the location and the willingness to work with our needs. We have a small child and they put us on the first floor by the front entrance which was really great for us! The front desk was extremely helpful and kind.
Negatives:
They do not serve breakfast at all. Though it is listed on their website. They do however serve coffee in the lobby, so that was nice.

Tried to rent room on Monday and was denied due to my fiancee had a local id and was using his credit card even though when I checked in they used my id due to being from Des Moines...But gal Monday am was rude and refused even though I was renting the room not my fiancee. I told her I am allowed visitors. Than she gavee 15 minutes to be out of room.. very disappointed.
