We loved the location and the willingness to work with our needs. We have a small child and they put us on the first floor by the front entrance which was really great for us! The front desk was extremely helpful and kind.

Tried to rent room on Monday and was denied due to my fiancee had a local id and was using his credit card even though when I checked in they used my id due to being from Des Moines...But gal Monday am was rude and refused even though I was renting the room not my fiancee. I told her I am allowed visitors. Than she gavee 15 minutes to be out of room.. very disappointed.

We booked online prior to arriving and I had a moment or 2 to retrieve the confirmation # from.my phone. My friend whom was exhausted from traveling was in at front desk while inwas doing this. The lady at front desk told me she doesn't think we can afford the deposit a dwe would be better suited to try the quality inn across the street. And she proceeded to cancel our reservation against my wishes..I've never been treated so rudely cause of our appearance from traveling. We did go to the quality inn and doubt we will ever stay at travel lodge ever again and this was 2nd shift smd hope the lady at the desk is removed she has no customer skills at all..awful service we had 1000$ n cash between us and still can't believe her rudely judgemental attitude..

The hotel was filthy, i had to reclean everything. There was no actual cover on the bed just a sheet and by the time we arrived at the hotel all the sores were closed so we slept with no blanket. I was livid. Wasted my money

There was no breakfast. The price reflected that fact. It was a cheaper rate.

Check-in staff was fine, but next morning younger girl spent time on computer while I waited. She was not on the phone. Never asked how our stay was that night. It was fine stay.
