Positives: I booked this hotel for a friend of mine. Her husband was having open heart surgery and she needed to be close to the hospital incase something went wrong. She did not have any complaints about the hotel or hotel staff.
Negatives: I honestly haven't heard any complaints from my friend that I booked the room for. She said the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and met all of hers and her husbands needs.
