Negatives: The location

Negatives: A bit dingy, especially the bathrooms. Also, the evening front desk staff told be there was an airport shuttle, and the morning person told me to get an uber. Nothing too bad, but not great.

Negatives: Dirty…scary location and clientele

Negatives: Only one of two elevators was working. The bathtub at some point had been resurfaced and was peeling. The caulking around the tub looks like a 5 year old did it. The tinting on the windows was peeling off. The pantry had no water for purchase.

Negatives: The room also had roaches in it. I will not ever stay there again!!!

Negatives: The surprise parking fee and the inefficient weird way it was charged via some sort of web app instead of just taking it out of the insanely high deposit. The lack of adverstised airport shuttle. The $250.00 deposit seems a bit hefty, especially as it isn't disclosed prior to booking. There was a loud party going on well into the early morning.

I had to tell the staff that someone puked in the elevator. No water for purchase. No shuttle to the airport. The window tinting was peeling off the windows. The place looks generally beat down and old. Probably a good idea to either shut it down for major renovation or bulldoze it and start over. When I did purchase some goods, they didn't have change and the guy behind the counter gave me change from his pocket. That's pathetic.

Negatives: There were no other families staying at the facility which we were a bit surprised with. We also got charged twice, the payments to the cost of our stay don't add up as it was an aceptional amount and I still haven't had correspondence to returning

Negatives: 1. We had to pay for parking. 2. You all didn’t tell the guest about the $250 security deposit while you booking it, that needs to be at the top of the page with the pricing. 3. We didn’t get any clean towels, washcloths , and our linens didn’t get changed all either, and we didn’t get a full roll of toilet tissue either and there wasn’t a spare roll neither. The towels, washcloths and sheets that we checked in with was the same ones we checked out with. 4. When I went downstairs to ask for clean towels and stuff, they didn’t have any. 5. They only had 1 elevator working, and the people that was in front of us got stuck in the elevator and they had to call the firefighters. And we was on the fourth floor and I have a bad knee due to knee surgery and I had to take the stairs. 6. And the breakfast was garbage, the money that all the guests in that hotel is paying, they could have had a better breakfast than cereal, boiled eggs, bagel, juice and coffee. Really what happened to scrambled eggs bacon and sausage and fruit, waffles, pancakes and stuff. This stay was horrible and the worst experience that myself and my husband has ever had.

Negatives: Roaches Shower leaking Not enough towels for the amount of guess listed

Negatives: They place a large hold on your credit card and won't tell when you will get it back, also for the price paid they should have both of their elevators running, it was crowded in the lobby with people trying to use one very small elevator
