Check in process took way too long. Bathroom in my room was in poor shape. The front desk took a $250 hold on my credit card that still has not been released. Most of the food items in the breakfast area were not available. Bagels and hard boiled eggs ???

No hot breakfast as the website showed. Noone cleaned our room nor did they ask. Never got extras towels for our 2 night stay. We asked for extra pillows twice and never got them. The pillows were very small. The air co and filter needed to be changed it stunk in the room. The soap dish for bathtub had mildew around it
