Positives:
The room was very spacious for 1 person with a ok view of the city. The hotel's location is in close distance to the French Quarter and the Central Business District. The bathroom was clean, and housekeeping kept the room clean and resupplied the room with fresh linen, bathroom necessities, and coffee daily.
Also, it was convenient to have the outdoor pool and the small gym on the same floor. Plus, the ability to get breakfast and/or dinner on the same floor as the lobby. The hotel wifi was good to use but you need to remind yourself it's unsecured.
Negatives:
I've informed the hotel stay that the safe in my hotel room was low on battery and it never got fixed. Also, they didn't have filtered water to buy for people who travel with a CPAP. Their food prices are extreme for dinner. All purchases for basic snacks need to be purchased at the front desk. I wish they had an electronic kiosk to purchase basic snacks.

We absolutely loved our room! Such a nice stay for such a great price. We had some issues with the AC in our room. And had to be moved to different rooms, but Kendrick (front desk) and Kevin (maintenance) worked SO hard and fast to make everything right for us! Couldn’t have asked for better! It’s not often you find somewhere that works that quick to make things right. So a big thank you to those workers for that!!
