Positives:
The reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Room 1401 was comfortable.
Negatives:
My room 1401 bath faucet leaked, no matter how hard you closed handle it leaked, not drip, leaked was annoying. Inform front desk about it was never addressed. Our was on the 14th floor the ground level noise echoed up to room late at night. ie. Car revving engine and garbage truck trash pickup. The air conditioning at startup sounded like someone was rattling the door knob. The TV Hilton welcome home page had someone elses name and the room number was wrong.
