Was supposed to have a double room, got there and it was a single room. Was told there aren't any conjoining rooms however I later found out that wasn't true. Very disappointing. Door knob kept falling off.

The room was in a high traffic area. Right next to the pool. I brought my dogs and they barked every time someone walked by. Not a good place to put someone with pets. The chlorine snell was so strong in the room that my eyes were burning till I got used to it. The channel selections were not good. Had to change the channel using up/down one by one. No guide so I had to go through every single channel which had about a 3 second delay on it to see what was on.

Breakfast made me ill. The shower head was moldy. I booked a king size bed and got a twin bed.

The bed in our first room was dirty, it looked like there were blood stains on it. We got placed in another room but the second room bathroom was not cleaned and there was a lot of hair left in the tub so I was unable to use it...
