I was walking into the bar area with family just to check things out and had a glass of water with me. Immediately the Bartend yelled out to us that we cant enter the bar with our own drinks. People that were there turned and looked at us like we were doing something wrong. Needless to say we all just went to our rooms and didnt end up staying down there. We thought the way she spoke out to us was rude and could have been handled in a much more courteous way

The hotel staff was friendly. It has a great quote location but you are close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

The water didnt turn off completely in the tub/shower but I let the staff know.

For my planned trip, the location was perfect. The Bed and pillows were very comfy.

That they held an extra $50 per day. This information was not in my booking.com information. I even showed this to the guy and he did not even offer to fix it or make it right. My travel card declined because of the extra $100 that I did not expect. I had to then call my bank and increase my spending on my debit card in order to pay for my hotel. I used my travel card for other spending, so it all worked out in the end, but still didnt make it right.
