Positives: I could NOT STAY at Days Inn Albion, Mi. My room had NO HEAT!! There were No More Available rooms. I checked back out. The man at the desk Giddy told me my room charge $136.81 & $50 deposit would be Reversed back to my card I 9 days! I received the $50 deposit back the next day. It's been almost 30 days and I have Not received my room charge of $136.81!!!

Negatives: A room with NO HEAT & the heater would only Blow COLD AIR.. I DID NOT Receive my refund in 9 days like the staff member Giddy at Days Inn said I would.. It's been almost 30 days..

Negatives: Sorry sheets, they definitely weren't changed. There was hair and crumbs all over. The lamp shades were broken. The chair in the room was filthy. The toilettes were used. The breakfast consisted of two types of cereal, a gallon of milk, and a loaf of bread.

Positives: The location.

Negatives: It was filthy,unkept and cold. I had to wear a coat to eat my "breakfast" (frosted flakes) Heater in the room worked when it wanted to. Wifi shut off every 10 minutes and I never got the TV to change channels.
